EEO Employers Group members commit to quality employment practices in order to achieve the business benefits of a versatile workplace. Members are licensed to use the EEO Employers Group logo on promotional material and advertisements.

Maximise the benefits of diversity and EEO
The EEO Trust asks members to:
- Develop or confirm a simple strategy or policy endorsing EEO within six months of joining.
- Develop or confirm a straightforward EEO/diversity action plan with goals, performance measures and management accountabilities within a year of joining.
- Complete and return the EEO Trust's annual Diversity Survey or Work-Life Survey.
- Communicate EEO policies and outcomes to members, employees and shareholders.
- Contribute an annual membership donation.

The annual membership donation is based on the number of employees in your organisation.
New members pay a one-off joining fee of $100 in addition to the annual EEO Trust membership donation. In subsequent years membership costs $25 in addition to the annual EEO Trust membership donation.
The EEO Trust is an IRD approved donee organisation. Donations to the EEO Trust are subject to the income tax rules regarding charitable donations. Contributions made to the EEO Employers Group are income tax deductible and GST inclusive.
