The EEO Trust regularly surveys employers' views and practices on various diversity topics. Since 1997, the Diversity Survey has measured how well New Zealand workplaces access and value the talents of the diverse population and how they tap into the creativity, initiative, intelligence and skills of the labour market. The findings are compiled along with current national and international research findings.
