The EEO Trust regularly surveys employers' views and practices on various diversity topics. The Work-Life Survey explores what work-life balance means to employers and how they are encouraging it in their workplaces.
2008 Work-Life Survey More than 230 members of the EEO Employers Group completed the 2008 Work-Life Survey. They said that they invest in work-life initiatives to improve staff recruitment, retention and engagement. The EEO Trust's analysis shows that the respondents with a work-life strategy or policy have lower staff turnover.
