There are five categories in the  EEO Trust Work & Life Awards 2013, with a Supreme Winner chosen from the winners of each category. The categories are:

Tomorrow's Workforce Award, which recognises innovative responses to tomorrow's employment challenges.

The Diversity Award,  for organisations that make the most of employee diversity.

The Work & Life Award, which celebrates initiatives that create opportunities for greater engagement and productivity.

The Skills Highway Award, which recognises workplaces which can show how they have helped improve their employees' reading, maths and communication skills.

The Walk the Talk Award, which celebrates effective diversity leaders.

To help you prepare for the Work & Life Awards, we have arranged for Lisa MacKay, an experienced diversity consultant to assist with any queries you may have about entering the awards. Lisa is also able to conduct a diversity 'health check' for your organisation. 

Lisa has extensive experience in all aspects of HR and founded her own HR business.  She has extensive employment law knowledge and delivers the best possible advice for companies with a common sense and practical approach.
