The EEO Trust is proud to launch the 17th annual Diversity Awards and invites your business to showcase its successful workplace diversity initiatives.

We want to make your application process for the 2014 Diversity Awards NZ as simple as possible and as part of that promise we are offering the services of an experienced diversity consultant to discuss your entry and provide tailored advice. 

Jayne Muller, will be available to you at scheduled times, to have a chat about your application or your programme either face to face at our Ellerslie office or via a teleconference or skype call for those outside of Auckland.

Jayne has more than 10 years Leadership Development and Coaching experience, from developing high potential leaders through to CEO and board level, ranging from Multinationals to SME’s. While she specialises in Women in Transition programmes supporting women returning to the workforce and advocating for the advancement of women’s careers, Jayne is very passionate about diversity in the workplace, and founded her executive coaching and leadership business to support talent and diversity in the workplace. She delivers the best possible advice for companies with a common sense and practical approach. 

Jayne has been working with the Diversity judges to ensure she knows what they expect from award entries and can advise you about what details and examples the judges require as part of your workplace entry. She can also suggest what category may best suit your initiative and business.

Going over you entry/ies with Jayne is a great way to have a conversation with us about your own Diversity programme so get in touch with the EEO Trust about booking a time. Sessions are available in 20-30 minute slots as per the dates below.
